eno™ Classic Interactive Whiteboard
eno interactive whiteboards are designed as "walk up and use" appliances with no complicated setup or software to learn and no cables to manage. With eno, the presenter is able to go beyond simply displaying content by being able to interact with whatever digital content is on screen…advance a presentation, navigate a webpage, etc. And beyond interaction, a user can markup that content by making notes or highlights in virtual ink that can then be saved or printed. Finally, unlike the technology of prior generations, eno is based on Steelcase’s industry leading "ceramicsteel" surface, so now your interactive whiteboard can also be written on with dry erase pens with no risk of marring the surface. CopyCam™ Image Capturing System
For use with a traditional whiteboard, CopyCam’s user-friendly, one-touch process saves time, eliminates the problem of recalling meeting content, and increases productivity. Simply take notes and sketch the way you would on any standard whiteboard. With the press of a button, the contents of a board are either printed, saved to a flash drive, or saved to the internal web server.
RoomWizard™ Room Scheduling System
A web-based scheduling system that lets you reserve meeting rooms centrally. Information is displayed on state-of-the-art digital screens posted outside meeting rooms. Features a highly customizable interface and the ability to integrate with either Microsoft Exchange/Outlook or Lotus Notes. The RoomWizard also has the ability to query a connected CopyCam and automatically distribute any images captured during a completed meeting.
